1. Practice Self-care/Self-Love
 
Dr. Pinard-Lafond will encourage you to take the driver’s seat of your well-being. She will also empower you to work on self-love, and self-respect.
 
2. Find your sense of self
 
You may not spend much time consciously thinking about your identity, but it still affects your life. Knowing who you are allows you to live with purpose and develop satisfying relationships, both of which can contribute to overall good emotional health.
 
3. Get Perspective
 
Sometimes, you have to step out of your comfort zone to find meaning in life. Your coach will empower you to take a pause to see and reflect on how other people live and at the challenges they face, especially those with greater financial hardships. You may not even need to travel very far in order to gain a new perspective and find meaning in your life.
 
4. Renewing your mind
 
If you want to transform your life, you have to start by changing your thoughts on how you interact with others, and yourself. Whenever you recognize your mind is circling on an old thought pattern. At first, what you are saying may not immediately feel true, but over time this practice will start to align, not just your mind, but also your feelings.

Your coach will motivate you to act in a way that achieves a specific and immediate goal. Your coach will work with you to highlight the differences between your current state and your future vision. By doing so, this will allow you see the shifts in belief from where you are right now to where you want to be.

Self-awareness is the key skill for growth, health, and happiness. It is the ability to focus on yourself and how your actions, thoughts, or emotions do or don't align with your internal standards. It's a rare skill, as many of us spiral into emotion-driven interpretations of our circumstances. However, when you develop self-awareness, it allows you to assess your growth and effectiveness and change course when necessary. It helps you to become better decision-makers, and it also allows you to understand things from multiple perspectives.

Self-awareness gives you more self-confidence, so, as a result, it helps you to communicate with clarity and intention. Feeling confident doesn't always come naturally to many of us, but it's something we can actively work on and improve. Your coach will help you boost your confidence by creating a "feel-good folder, celebrate a small win you've had, and encourage you to spend time with people who make you feel good.

We all need a set of core life skills (or, adult capabilities) to manage work, family, and relationships successfully. These skills include planning, focus, self-control, awareness, and flexibility. No one is born with these skills, but we can all learn them over time. With this said, any skill that is useful in your life can be considered a life skill. Broadly speaking, Life skills are used for any of the skills needed to deal well and effectively with the challenges of life.

Help you manage your energy positively so you can bring your best performance to whatever activity that comes up, whether it’s being 100% present in conversations, contributing creative ideas in a meeting, or fully focusing on a critical task. Your coach can help you instill basic practices in your daily life that help keep you healthy and boost your energy level.
Throughout our lives we all experience what can be referred to as a rut or a slump. It might start off as a simple setback in life. For some it might stem from frustration at one’s job, or perhaps it might just be a case of the winter blues. Either way, if left unchecked we can very quickly find ourselves in a place of stagnation. Now of course this is not a happy place, nor is it conducive to any kind of personal growth. What happens when you want to get out of it, but you can’t find the door? Or even worse, what do you do when you see the door but you can’t bring yourself to open it? To combat procrastination/stagnation, it’s important firstly to realize that you are in fact frozen in motion. If you’re stagnating internally, relationally, or professionally, as your coach, I can assist you and propel you to move forward.

Help you to identify what you want to achieve and how. Help you to set a good goal that motivate, energize, inspire, and challenge you and push you to grow. Setting the right goals may seem like an easy thing to do, but it is a must that you set the right goal to succeed.
